How we present ourselves can positively or negatively affect job offers, promotions and consideration for advancement. Being aware of this is important if you're looking to move up the corporate ladder.
Knowledge is power! When designing a professional image, there are a number of components to consider. All of these are equally important in creating a successful look that enhances the image of the individual and reflects well on the company.
Image concerns are usually the product of limited time, lack of knowledge and an overload of fashion choices. The employee is typically not aware of how adversely their image is affecting their career or, if they are, how to change it. Support and guidance are often all that is needed.
That's where the stylist plays an important role. By focusing on the areas that need attention, we create a look that supports the individual and meets the needs of the company as well. This is not an overnight makeover. The goal whenever possible is to help the client understand how to implement and achieve these results over time by themself.

A classic package can be tailored specifically to your business requirements and can consist of some or all of the above items. The styling consultations can be organised for a group of up to 5 employees or as personalised individual sessions.
For best results, I highly recommend doing a follow up wardrobe assessment and personal shopping for the following season to be sure the acquired image is maintained. This usually involves around 5 hours styling time.
